Dr. Bryan J. Zwan
Chairman

Dr. Bryan Zwan founded Digital Lightwave in 1990 and was the architect of the Network Information Computer (NIC), the industry's first portable network analyzer for high-speed fiber-optic networks. The NIC is now deployed by nearly 400 telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, and systems integrators worldwide and is widely credited as having established a new paradigm for network test equipment. In addition to his post as chairman, Zwan served as president and chief executive officer from the company’s inception through the launch and early market penetration of Digital Lightwave's original product lines. He returned to these leadership positions in early 2002, prior to the promotion of Jim Green to president and CEO. Zwan holds a Ph.D. in space physics from Rice University and B.S. degrees in physics and chemistry from the University of Houston.


Gerald A. Fallon
Board Member

Gerald A. Fallon was elected to the board at the 2000 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Fallon formerly served as executive vice president and manager of capital markets of KeyBank, NA, and senior managing director of Capital Markets for McDonald Investments, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of KeyCorp, until he retired in March 2001. Additionally, Fallon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Park View Federal Savings Bank.


Robert F. Hussey
Board Member

Robert F. Hussey was appointed as a director on August 23, 2000. He was president and CEO of MetroVision of North America, Inc., a cable television company, from February 1991 until April 1997, when it merged with York Hannover Health Care, Inc. Hussey has been a director of Digital Data, Inc., since November 1997; Nur Macroprinters, Ltd., since December 1997; New World Power Corporation since October 2000; and H.C. Wainright and Company, Inc., since July 2001. Hussey has also served on the Board of Advisors for Kaufmann Fund since December 1996 and Argentum Capital Partners, I and II, since June 1990. He is also a member of the Board of Regents for Georgetown University.


Robert Moreyra
Board Member

Robert Moreyra was appointed to serve as a member of the board on June 30, 2003. He is senior managing director of Atlantic American Capital Advisors, LLC where he oversees the firm’s investment banking practice. Mr. Moreyra is also responsible for Atlantic’s merchant banking and private equity practices, and currently serves on the Investment Committee of one of Atlantic’s private equity funds. Prior to joining Atlantic, Mr. Moreyra served as managing director of investment banking with H. C. Wainwright & Co., Inc. At Wainwright, Mr. Moreyra focused on public offerings, private placements, debt placements and restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Wainwright, Mr. Moreyra was vice president of corporate finance at William R. Hough & Co., one of the southeastern United States’ largest regional investment banking firms. Prior to entering the investment banking profession, Mr. Moreyra was a principal and CEO of Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller, Inc., a privately-held real estate consulting firm considered among the largest in the nation.


Peter Collins
Board Member

Peter H. Collins has served as a director since December 2004. Since 2002, Mr. Collins has been a Principal and Senior Managing Director of Atlantic American Equity Partners, LLC and Executive Vice President of AAGC. In 2002 Mr. Collins also co-founded and is President of Community Reinvestment Partners, LP (CRP), a large Florida-based private real estate investment partnership. Prior to CRP and beginning in 1998, Mr. Collins was a Partner with the private equity firm Rock Creek Capital, located in Jacksonville, Florida. He also served as a Manager with the Florida State Board of Administration (Florida's Public Pension Fund) in Tallahassee, and served four years as Chief of Staff to State Senator Charles Williams. Mr. Collins received both a B.S. degree in Finance and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Florida State University.
